We'll see what happens- Outstanding Customer Service
Fit and finish is close to the original; HOWEVER, the Av does not work and neither does the half shutter press. We'll see what customer service has to say and what Big Mike's does to rectify the big problem. I was told it was that all itemes were Xit, The grip is a Vivitar. POS****UPDATE****Contact was made with Customer Service and they delivered big time. Apologized for sending the wrong item and replaced with the correct items described. XIT is working perfect. Big Mike's is the Place to go with. THANK YOU MIKE'S. Will order from Big Mike's in the future.

Excellent Battery Grip!
Just what I was looking for at a great price!. Needed more battery power and the battery grip fulfilled every need. Solid, very well build and fits tight in my CanonT5i. No loss of battery power while not in use. Original Canon battery was 1200 mAH but these 2 batteries are 1900 mAH for longer life. Also really like the extra AA battery pack when the other batteries run out. Great product and well worth it! Thanks!

Great Camera Grip Kit
Works perfectly with my t3i, helps when shooting with my 70-200 f2.8 in portrait orientation as the lens can be a bit hard on the wrists.The quality is pretty good, mine had a bit of the textured grip part coming off on one corner, but I simply heated the area up and pressed it back into place.The batteries and charger seem to be holding up well.

Works as advertised
I was a little worried that this wasn't going to work as well as the official over priced Canon model but so far, no issues. There's even a 1/4" tripod hole at the bottom of the battery grip that's centered perfectly. That was my biggest worry.

Grip works just like I expected
I was surprised that the item was a Vivitar product, not a knock off. Grip works justlike I expected. Will check Big Mike's web site when making more photographyproducts.

Don’t buy!
Bought this for vacation to extend my battery life but none of the buttons on the grip work, so I ordered an exchange which also had the same problem. Contacted Big Mike’s who told me to call Vivitar directly. They notified me that Big’s Mike is not an authorized Vivitar seller and that as a result all warranties are void. I contacted Big Mike’s twice about this with no response. Very disappointed in the whole thing and now having to deal with the hassle of ruturning it all.
