Shake the pen a few time. Then press the nib down, it will go into the body of the pen and the ink will start flowing. It might take a few pumps for the ink to come down.

Q: Are the nibs of the chalk markers reversible?

The nibs for the 3mm chalk pens and the 6mm chalk pens are reversible. Where as the nib of the 1mm pens in not.

Q: What do the reversible tips of the nib look like?

One end of the reversible nib is round bullet shaped, the other end is flatter chisel shaped.

Q: Can I use these chalk pens as permanent markers?

Yes, if used on non-porous surfaces, it acts as a permanent marker. e.g. if used on tyres, they will be hard to take off.

Q: How can I rub off the ink?

When written on smooth surfaces like glass, simply use a wet wipe to rub off the ink.
