Very impressive!
I came across the GoFit product as I as looking for a way to strengthen my upper body to improve my golf swing. As I was browsing the web site of a large golf store in Quebec, I saw the GoFit Ultimate Pro Gym set. As usual I went on amazon and found the set sold by amazon for less than 40$ and bought it. I started using it and found it extremely easy to use and very efficient. What I appreciate most about it is that from the moment I decide to exercise and the moment I am ready to do so, it takes no more than 60 seconds. Even better, there is no large equipment taking up space in the house. Those who have a wife will understand why that is a major plus! I can even bring it with me on vacation and she won't say a thing.I liked it so much that I decided to buy a second set to have more tubes. Than I found the Extreme Pro Gym that was on special at about 50$ and bought this one which is much more robust that the ultimate kit. If you can afford, go with the Extreme Pro Gym, else this Ultimate Pro Gym kit is still a great buy.
