I have used these on many things when I am cooking, but I primarily use them in my coffee. I love all of them. The spices are all 'warming' spices which are good for circulation, digestion, and warming of the joints.

Favorite Spices!!
These spices are SO GOOD!!! I try to incorporate them any way I can. Coffee, pancakes, muffins, plaintains, anything. They have lots of flavor and taste very clean (if that makes sense). I followed Primal Palate for years and own a few of their books so I knew I would not be disappointed.
