Having said this, here is what you get: LOST & FOUND SERVICE - This product is intentionally unconventional. When you purchase this tag you not only buy a product but also our service. How does this work? Assume for a moment you lost your suitcase. The luggage tag comes with a beautifully brushed metal coin which says “IF LOST, PLEASE TWEET #LFGILBANO”. The hopefully "honest finder" will have to tweet using the hashtag "LFGILBANO". We will immediately get a message and communicate with the "honest finder" via twitter. You can either email us directly or also search on twitter yourself for the hashtag "LFGILBANO". That way you should be able to locate your luggage. GILBANO DESIGN - This leather luggage tag is made from 100% natural, Spanish premium leather. The interior leather is soft Spanish Napa leather. Due its relative small size and adjustability it’s suitable for your travel bags or suitcases. A strong magnet keeps the two sides of the luggage tag together. Q: I’M AFRAID THE FINDER DOES NOT USE TWITTER. WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND I DO? A: Very good point! You have two options: 1. You can use the white sticker included in the packaging, stick it on backside of the metal coin and write down your personal contact details. 2. If that’s not fancy enough, search your local yellow pages and try to find a “laser engraving” service. They should be able to engrave your personal details to the backside of the metal coin.
