Q: Can you use a Lysol refill can in this product? Or is it air wick or glade only?

You can use Lysol, but need to swap the diffuser

Q: How do the three modes work? Can you have a different night time/ week end schedule for offices?

The modes are Timers.. Every 8 minutes every 15 minutes or every 30 minutes you can set whatever mode you want.. I have mine every 8 minutes, And it's been like 2 weeks or so and I'm still on the same can so they last a long time
