Our in ground pool ladder was ruined by a hail storm and we looked all over for a replacement. This product was cheap and delivered quick. The installation was super easy and the ladder now looks good as new! The white was bright and has not faded in the sun. The steps are actually sturdy and not flimsy. GREAT product.

Steps fit perfectly and were easy to install.

Teenagers somehow managed to break two of my original steps in half. These fit perfectly (standard width of about 18”), the hardware fit perfectly, they seem to be of decent quality, and they are rated to 300 lbs.Not much else to say. I purchased and returned a competitor’s option, which was rated to 250 pounds, because this other option said ‘use your existing bolts’ but it didn’t work with my setup. So, I do appreciate that all hardware (six stainless steel bolts) was included. So, highly recommend.I paid for this product myself.

Seem to be very sturdy ladder rungs. Haven’t actually used them yet just out of box they look good and are the right size.

I bought ONE step from my local pool supply house and 6 bolts (which were the wrong size) for $145. When I found the bolts didn't fit and realized that I had paid over $70 for 6 bolts and over $70 for a single step, I ordered this set online. Mostly it fit correctly except the curve of the bolt heads curve the wrong direction. But they hold the steps in place and were easy to assemble. I like to support local stores, but not when they totally gouge their customers.

This is a quality product. Installation is reasonably easy if you have a set of wrenches with a ratcheting head.

My old ones were giving off fiberglass splinters. I thought this would be hard to do, so I waited. What a dope, it couldn’t have been easier. They are strong and look great.

These have no reinforcement where they bolt to the ladder frame, and the bolt heads lack a sufficient curve to match the tube frame. They will work, and get you out of the pool, as long as you’re not too large. At the very least, they are certainly better than the weathered and worn ones I am replacing.
