This is the second umbrella weight we purchased - the first one went back right away as the center hole was not designed correctly. Also - that was hard plastic and would take up too much room when it came time to put it away. This is easy to use - just fill it with water, put between the base and the umbrella pole and done! Because it is flexible plastic - storage at the end up the summer will be a piece of cake. It makes the umbrella very stable and best of all - the price was right!

Bought two. Very heavy when full. Don't try to drag or lift or you'llbreak your back! One is just fine but one does not hold water. I believe it's the spout/cap. It's unfortunate.

Works well, keeps the umbrella upright so far .

I live in Ft. Worth, TX and the wind that whips through my back yard was always knocking my pool umbrellas over. I have had several break when blown over and was looking for something to help weight the umbrella stands down, yet not weigh a ton and take up a lot of patio space. I also wanted something that I could put away in the winter. These water bags have been perfect! I ordered two, and neither umbrella has hit the pool deck since putting them on the bases. They are very easy to install and fill up with water, and so far, have been extremely durable. They sit out in the hot Texas sun day after day and have shown no signs of deterioration. Great product!

Not sturdy, basically holds only a small beach umbrella. Leaks also.

The screw on cap was missing. Umbrella slot very big. Had to pack it.

Make sure you put the bag on the stand before you assemble the umbrella. Don't do what I did and assemble the whole umbrella and then realize that this thing is doughnut shaped, not croissant shaped. It's sturdy and very heavy when full. Holds a 9 foot cantelever umbrella, no problem. Easy to fill and empty (watch out, the water inside gets almost hot enough to burn in the sun).

Bought this to help with the sun so I could use the umbrella while I work on my truck... probably the most useless thing I've bought from Amazon

Had a hole in it needed a repair, I was very disappointed in the product.
