I know this author personally and it is a shame that she passed on shortly after a 2nd edited release. I read it. This is a book full of practical nuggets of wisdom. Well worth the read. She was a great person with great insights into life and what makes us tick. Mostly, she felt we all need to stop taking life so personally. She's right. Buy it. You'll love it.
