Q: Will it fit a 19" knee? When a vendor says one size fits all, I am suspicious.

Yes, it will. My knee has a 16" circumference and there's a lot of room to work with. This question made me curious, so I measured a spot on my leg that was 19" and it fit just fine. In fact, if you like to make it pretty tight, having a knee that is 18"-19" is probably optimal. I can cinch mine down as far as it will go and it almost doesn't have enough tension. Great product.

KARM makes a plus size knee strap. It doesn't come in pink, though.

They can be worn any time your knee hurts. I mainly use them for walking the dog because I have to go up and down 16 steps and that’s when my knees hurt the most but you can run with them and exercising them. They are good quality and a whole lot cheaper than $50 apiece that my doctor wanted for his
