Also, I am very interested in maintaining my optimal nutrition intake. I am elderly and we do not absorb our nutrients as well as we once did. So the extra absorbance of REVSCI ALPHA-GPC 600mg capsules is important to me. Choline is used to make the outer layer of all the cells in your body. It helps in the absorption of fat because it acts as an emulsifier in the intestine. Choline is used to make the neurotransmitter acetylcholine which has many functions in the body, including signaling muscles to move. It also plays a role in learning, attention and memory. The Revolution Science capsules have no after taste and do not upset my stomach. Although they are a bit big, they slide down easily. I have no trouble taking them at all. I will definitely continue to keep taking REVSCI ALPHA-GPC 600mg capsules.

I can tell you now I noticed a dramatic difference after taking it for a few days as I’m pretty solid in the gym and I noticed my fogginess cognitively went away. I felt more alive and focused in my workouts seemed easier and I was just increased by stamina my fitness level had increased. I can’t help but think it was due to this product along with the others. I’m taking a very unlike this one I am excited to find this product now.

Several years ago I received a concussion in a MVA and still have attention/focus/foggy-headed issues. I find REVSCI Alpha-GPC works as good as an Rx I take, and together they really help (each targeting a different neural system). The capsules are large, but I don't have a problem swallowing them. The only physiological response I experience is improved mental clarity, no side-effects. In addition to realtime improved performance, my reading of the scientific literature suggests that acetylcholine precursors, such a alpha-GPC, counter some of the neurochemical deficits of dementia. I appreciate that REVSCI focuses on quality and provides a Certificate of Analysis. The other Alpha-GPC supplements I considered lack such assurance that you are getting what you purchase.

I love nootropics but this did not work for me. I have had heart palpitations every once in a blue moon since my early 20s. I'm 30 now. I started having a TON of palps and realized the only thing I changed was using this. I stopped use and the palps swiftly went away. If you have them on occasion I would not recommend.
