Very Nice Joysticks
These are great joysticks. The spring tension is strong, the switches click nice and properly giving good feedback and the joystick rolls smoothly in a circular motion. This is great for fighting games like street fighter. You can also invert the spacer underneath to switch between 4 and 8 way. If I ever need controllers again in the future, these will be the ones I buy.

Unfortunately, not good
The sticks feel great, look great, and were easy to install. However, the position and movement of the stick don't work well with the switch placement. The standard test is Street Fighter 2. If you're an experienced player and you can't nail any of the special moves with a brand-new joystick, it ain't going to cut it. 1 out of 10 times I would get lucky to land a hadouken, and this is after a lifetime of playing the game. I can't recommend them to anyone based on the poor placement and contact with the switches/stick.

Very solid and well built. Wish they had included a drilling template guide
Joystick is quite large and has very good movement. Can choose 4 position or 8 way position.
