I have a house where some of the windows at the top are hard to reach without using a ladder. When I saw this item, I knew it was worth a try as it was inexpensive and had a lot of extra pads and such in the kit. Well, never have I ever had windows cleaned up in no time flat and they were sparkly clean; no streaking and easy to change from the squeegee to the fiber cloth wash pads which were so easy to rinse out. I really don't mind washing windows anymore outdoors and will get another set for next Spring, so I don't have to keep changing the pads or adjusting the extention pole between low/high windows. I'm very happy I saw this and got it. Using this literally made my day!

The head pieces work great. The handle is light weight, but not very sturdy.

It fell apart while we were using it.

I have 12 foot ceilings with windows that go as high as 10 feet. I, myself, am only 5 feet tall so it is definitely a task to clean. This window squeegee makes it so easy to scrub and clean and squeegee as well. I use this inside and outside on the windows.
