These gummies are easy to chew or suck. I have only started taking them so I can’t report on the results.

The major flaw in it is the ingredients, it has maltodextrin in it which causes insulin resistance and not good for anyone who's fasting or staying away from carbs, that's one sugar you need to stay away from I wish I knew I wouldn't have bought it then. What we need more of is vitamins and minerals (without) fillers binders Sugar's sweetners or GMO ingredients.1 stars because it does taste decent, but not worth the price you pay on the insulin resistance. Otherwise it would deserve 0 stars.edit- I have to say after 2 months of taking these now I felt no different other than the fact I got more hungry after taking them and put on more weight, the culprit is definitely the maltodextrin in which is a famous ingredient that spikes blood sugar levels and makes you hungry causing insulin response thus insulin resistance. I would stay away from this if I were you. Hope my review was helpful. I'm putting these gum pills in the garbage.

These are chewable as opposed to swallowing tablets, they don’t stick together and are easy to get from the container, found my nails have grown loads and my hair has slightly improved but my skin hasn’t yet so going to up my water intake
