EXTREMELY HARD
I ordered them before they were bigger in size and super soft to eat when came in a round shaped long tinbut this time came in a bag smaller in size plus VERY VERY HARDHARD. to chew.

Healthy and yummy cookies
Breastfeeding was a struggle for me because I wasn't producing enough. These lactation cookies are sooo yummmmyyy... I saw my supply go up within the first three days.I researched all the ingredients because I thought this was too good to be true. But, it is true. And the taste is fabulous! Worth every penny
I bought Charismomic's Lactation cookies for my wife. She is skeptical on what to have during this breast feeding period. She loved the fruit and nut cookies. I feel price is bit expensive. But it's worth it.

Taste was not so great. It doesn't work for all. Lots of sugar content. Didn't feel good when eating.
