Fabulous!!
I purchased these for my sister who just had her first baby mid-November. She's extremely allergic to disposable anything so I thought these would help. They work GREAT, even though she's a heavy leaker. The waterproof backing is fabulous and they aren't noticeable because they are nice and thin. GREAT deal and well made. The bamboo side is a terry, but she said they don't bother her at all. Overall, GREAT buy! She's probably a D cup right now and they are big enough for her. May be too big for an A cup.

Not my absolute favorite but I do really like these
These are a great alternative to disposable nursing pads. I like these a lot but I have others that are much softer. These are great value for the price, you get a lot more for your money than brand name ones. They are still fairly soft and very absorbent. I get some leaks with these and they are a little awkward with some bras but they're still way more comfy than disposable ones.

Good alternative to disposables
These are great. They are absorbent and very soft. Obviously they don't adhere to your clothing (like disposables), but that isn't a problem for me. The pads are best for use inside actual bras, not just inside nursing tanks, since the can shift and bunch up if used that way.

I wished I loved these more but since they don't conform to your boob they look lumpy underneath your clothes. They are super absorbent and so the job though!
