So far so good! Just put them up and they are super cute and pretty! The remote control is very convenient. I put string lights up on my headboard for different seasons and holidays, and the other ones I have can only be turned on and off by reaching behind my bed to access the switch on the battery pack. This way is much easier. I love all the settings and the ease of use, though it will take me a bit to memorize the 8 modes. I'll probably only use a few, though--steady, slow glow, and twinkle/flash. Finally, it's so cool that you can adjust the brightness! There is a really big difference that will come in handy for those who might want to use it as both a decoration during the evening and a night light at night. I usually don't have these on every night, however, so I don't think I'll have good feedback on battery life. I also don't want them on 6 hours a day and won't be using the timer. Different timer settings would have been nice, but it's not a big deal. 10/10 would recommend! Just be careful with them as they are very delicate and tangle easily.

These lights are very festive and can be used with different functions, I.e. steady, flash, fade, fast twinkle, etc. This is all done through the remote, which is great to have. My only minor complaint is that you can set the timer, but only for 6 hours on and 18 hours off. They go back on again the next day at the same time. If you leave them on for 6 hours, you’ll be changing the batteries every other day ( 3 AA batteries). I manually turn them on when it begins to get dark outside, and manually turn them off after 3-4 hours. Very nice holiday lights, I would recommend them, but have plenty of batteries.

The lights work perfectly. I am even using these with my Christmas decor. I am pleased with purchase.

These are super cute and are tiny. When lit up they are beautiful. But all of the different lighting modes are either too bright or just obnoxiously flashing. I will only use the plain on setting and the #4 setting. The rest are overkill and take away from how pretty these really are. Hence the 4 stars rather than 5 stars.
