I don't review unless I am very happy. This worked great and I wish I had purchased this a few years ago. One reviewer said hit skewed his pages and he put the old one back in. I had that issue at first and almost did put the old one back but I gave it a little time and after running several sheets of paper through it that went away and started loading straight. Now it works much better than the old one on grabbing the paper without any help form me by pushing on the paper. Even credit card receipts pick up well and those were an issue for a long time with the old one. Pretty cheap fix at $27 for the set.

After reading the reviews, I was really excited to get this product so that I wouldn't have to buy an entirely new scanner. The scanning function works great, but my scanner keeps grabbing multiple pages. After installation, the scanner seemed to work fine and was only grabbing one page at a time. After about 2 mos, though, it's back to grabbing multiple pages. I suppose it was good while it lasted, but sadly, it didn't last very long.

The replacement parts for my ScanSnap S1500 were simple to install. I've had the machine for about 3 years and it had increasingly become an unreliable PITA when scanning multiple pages. As a last ditch effort to avoid buying a new one, outdated driver software aside, I'm trying these replacements to salvage it. I've only fed a few batches through it, but so far I'm having less issues with misfeeds than before.

Works well

These are consumable parts that need to be replaced periodically like tires on a car. They look exactly like the old parts and function the same. Much cheaper than the brand name parts from Fujitsu.
