This is a great sturdy ball rack for my home gym. Easy to put together.

Missing hardware and an "oh well" attitude.
I was really excited to receive this piece but it arrived missing half the hardware I need to put it together. I called Body Solid only to sit on hold for over 10 minutes. I spoke to Jesse, who was helpful though he lacked any sympathy for me. No apology, and was very matter of fact, like this happens all the time. Now I have to wait 4 days to receive the missing hardware. It is made of quality materials, very sturdy and attractive.UPDATE: Jesse turned out to be very communicative via email and did apologize. He supplied me with a fedex tracking number for the missing hardware and I am scheduled to receive it tomorrow. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Solid but tall
This is a good, solid piece. I only wish the top ring was adjustable. The ball on the top just skims the ceiling of our basement.

Missing bolts
Waited so patiently to receive this item for my home gym. When it arrived, the board that has all the hardware was damaged and two of the 4 main hex head bolts are missing!! So frustrated. I’m not sure how this happens as it’s shrunk wrapped around the hardware. Trying to figure out which is easier.. to return the whole thing or try to track down two of these bolts during safer at home...
