I just did my first gel nails with this product and so far very happy. The colors are really pretty. The light was easy to use and no burning sensation. Each coat cured quickly. No tackiness between coats. I hope they last at least 2-3 weeks! My only issue was my bottle of base coat leaked during shipping, so I wish it had been secured better.

I was very impressed by how much you got for the price. The lamp works however I had to put nails under for 120 because 90 still left them a little damp. For beginners this is honestly one of the best kits out there!

I've been using their products for years and many other brands as well and this is the best! I've bought many lamps on here because they either didn't work good and a 60 to 90 second cure time would have to be put in under 90 3 times or the bulbs would dim within a month but this one is amazing! The gel polish is amazing. No lifting, cures fast, it's the best! Get this kit you won't regret it! The top, base, and matter are also full size and the colored gel is only a tad smaller unlike most big kits like this that are all tiny tiny bottles. Love this company and all their products

I like the idea of the kit, and what it provides. But the nail polish is thick and the quality seems kind of poor, where it's not a clean look.

It worked great for a bit then stopped. There are many negative reviews that seem to simply be due to user error. If you educate yourself and understand how the polish works, then many of those reviews are obsolete. My problem is with the light. I bought this about a year ago. I used it close to a dozen times in the first few months after receiving then went back to acrylics from a salon. I got it out for the firat time in 6 or 7 months and the lamp won't power on 😒 super frustrating considering it wasn't used that many times.

If I were to go to the store and pick out a nail kit for kids, this is what I would imagine. However, there are a few things I like about this product and a few things I dislike.I like that the UV light is motion censored. I like that the matte top coat works really well. I also like that the kit has almost everything you need to give yourself a gel manicure.I don’t like that when I opened the package the entire orange polish had spilt across 1/2 of the package. I don’t like that some of the bristles to the polish are straight across making it harder to get around the base of the nail. I don’t like that no matter how long I cured it, the base polish wouldn’t set. I don’t like that some of the polish bristles were frayed and had to be cut in order to paint the polish on neatly. I don’t like that the UV light is so light that it’s not sturdy and the cord pulls it. I don’t like that the UV light appears to be closed in the back in the pictures but is actually open in the back in person. I don’t like that the nail file included is like 1/2” thick. I don’t like that the colors aren’t exactly as shown and that some of the stickers on the lid of the polish don’t match with the color in the bottle. Lastly, I don’t like that the overall quality is lacking.Overall, I think this kit could be good for someone trying to save some money or learning the basics to gel polish. However, for something that was originally around $61 I thought it would have been better quality than it was. I did my nails with the kit and I think they turned out good but again, the quality could be better. Am I going to return it? no but would I buy it again and recommend it to a friend? no.

So happy I bought this set! The light works great and is easy to use and move around. This package is a great value and has quality products. I bought the big polish packs too and love them!

I am one of those people with "weird nails" that regular nail lacquer just will not stick to, so I decided to try a beginner gel set.The colors that came with are super cute and the highest number of coats I've had to use for pigmentation is 3, but I've found 3 coats of gel is generally perfect for my nails anyway.The bottles aren't big but they'll hold up for a couple manicures. They're typical size for kits like this.The lamp works great. I've actually used it for other small resin things and it's worked great for everything. I like the automatic light feature, although it would be cool to be able to set that feature for different lengths of time.It came with all the goodies pictured and they seem to be decent quality. The "glitter" (butterflies and such) comes in nice little wide-mouth, screw top plastic pots and there's quite a bit in each one.If I needed another kit like this I'd be happy to order this one again.
