Don’t ask me how I lost my ear pad but one day I pulled my headset out of it backpack and it was missing! How happy was I to find that I could just get a replacement this easily. I use these headphones all the time and I think I’m on my fifth pair because they were great for walking their noise canceling on the ear, the charge lasts forever, etc., etc. I was so satisfied getting the pad!
