Hard to swallow but I need them

I had to have my thyroid removed last year and as a side affect my calcium levels began dropping quite a bit. My functional medicine Dr highly recommended this Bone Builder and after taking it for a couple months I really saw a difference! Mostly in my hair/mail regrowth but also way less pain in my joints. I also take this company’s magnesium.I had more blood work done a few weeks back and you can see improvement there as well!

Capsule a little big

I take this in lieu of vitamin D, on a daily basis. This is a quality brand, and I like that I can get it from Amazon. They are always prompt on the price is within reason.

Been taking this product for several years and have kept a decent bone density score.

I presume these pills are as they say but the pills are so large that I couldn’t swallow them.
