Je les déconseille. 2 caméras commandées, la première ne fonctionnait pas, la seconde les leds infrarouge ont cessé de fonctionner après une ou deux semaines. Même le montage n'est pas top.

I bought this item to add to my security cameras I already had. If I would have known the kind of customer experience I would of had I would have bought all my other cameras with this company. So I bought this camera to add to mine because I needed more visual on areas due to issues around us. So I ordered it and got the camera really quick but I couldn’t get it to work so I contacted the company and from the very start I had such a wonderful experience. Louis contacted me right back and had me do a few things but it didn’t work so he said immediately for me to verify my address so that he could send me another one to test. Once I verified my address Louis sent the camera right away I got it within a day or two. The camera is better then the ones I have. The picture is clear and night vision is perfect. It does everything it says it does and is very much worth the price. The customer service here is without a doubt the best I’ve come across. If I sent an email Loius and Cathy always responded right back. So the camera came and it worked. Louis was aware that I needed this camera due to the issues I told him and saw to it it was here fast so I would feel safe. Louis and Cathy are the perfect example of how customer service should be handled. This company is a company who takes care of their customer and goes above and beyond to make sure they are happy. I can tell you honestly there’s a few company’s I know of who could learn a bit or two from this company. I hardly ever write reviews but this one was definitely needed. If you are looking to buy security cameras and want the best customer service and great quality cameras I strongly suggest you look no further but to this company. I know there’s companies that when you call or write in you get someone different each time and having to explain same thing over and over again but every time I emailed them Louis and Cathy was always the ones responding. To the upper management of this company I want you to know that you have to me the best two employees a company could ever dream of. So like I said this review was in need of being written so that others can know that this company is in fact in my opinion the definition of loyal customer service. I will only do business with this company for all my security camera needs. Louis and Cathy you are without a doubt the best there is. Thank you again for being so kind and for going above and beyond like you did. God bless you my friends!!!

About five years ago, I purchased a Q-See DVR and camera system. There had been a few break-ins nearby and I wanted something to supplement my security system. The cameras that came with the system proved inadequate due to low resolution and a narrow field of view. They also wore out rather quickly, giving me green skies and purple grass - not exactly what the police would need to get a conviction should a recording ever have to be admitted to court as evidence. I searched long and hard and upgraded to a set of VideoSecu cameras. At 400 TVL indicated, they were amazing, with a wider field of view and much higher resolution. The price was good too at $29 or so per unit. These proved adequate until a couple of weeks ago, when the break-ins moved onto my street. If the VideoSecu cameras have a shortcoming, and it can't be much of one at that price point considering how well they work and their durability, it's their night resolution. While checking my cameras after a break-in down the street, I found that the subject had been in my yard too, but that the noise in night mode made identification of a subject impossible. The police were happy to have the videos - they proved that the subject had been going up the street trying car doors - but they didn't allow the police to solve the incident. I decided there and then that an upgrade would be necessary, so I tried this camera. While this camera is not as much an improvement over the VideoSecu as the VideoSecu was over the Q-See, it offers a very noticeable improvement in night vision and an arguable improvement overall. Make no doubt, this camera is big for a bullet camera and it's heavy, but I think the price (lower than the VideoSecu by $5) and the increased night performance serve to highly recommend this camera. In a side-by-side test (I have two cameras that cover the same area from different angles), the ZOSI was much more clear in all light conditions and was pretty much without noise in streetlight-only illumination, where the VideoSecu covering the same area was subject to a great deal of noise. Under Christmas lights, when the VideoSecu was still black-and-white and noisy, the ZOSI offered a bit of color and a noise-free image. The field-of-view seems a tad bigger than the VideoSecu as well. Overall, this is a good camera and at this price point, is a truly stunning deal. I've purchased a four pack to upgrade my system. I'm really sure that I can't afford not to.

After much research for cameras for our house, I narrowed down my choice to this Zosi model for two primary reasons: the cost, and the many other overwhelmingly positive reviews. I had considered the wireless type of cameras available nowadays, but there were just too many reviews that mentioned lots of problems getting, and staying, connected, so I elected to go with the hard-wired video and power type. My thinking was that if the home wireless network goes down, or any camera's connection is unstable, then a wireless camera is useless. I purchased four of these cameras, so far, in April and May of 2017. I've installed three of them outside and they have performed flawlessly, rain or shine, since installation. I used the gray 3/4-inch PVC conduit and weatherproof gray PVC 4-inch round light boxes camera mounting. I drilled a 1/2-inch hole in the center of the box's cover for the cable to go into the box. I used flat head stainless steel machine screws to attach them to the covers, with silicone sealant applied to the screw holes for weatherproofing, and the same sealant around the bracket's edge for weatherproofing the bracket. It was a nice, clean, installation, with plenty of room inside those 4-inch boxes to roll up the connections. The picture included shows two of the three cameras in place. One of the four cameras I purchased has remained inside our house and is in use in our basement until it's permanent spot is ready for mounting. The camera's night vision range is excellent, but it's even better when there are reflective surfaces (sheds, lattice, etc) for the infrared to bounce off of. The video (both day and night) is very clean and crisp, and the best part is these don't cost 5 to 8 time more like the other cameras I looked at initially!! I have a UPS power backup for the system in the event power drops out. The cameras are being recorded 24/7. To add to all this, I recently installed an additional "entertainment system" consisting of 4-agile TV modulators (professional style) I purchased on that well known auction site (starts with an E) for very little $$$s each, fed by the camera's video, with their RF outputs combined to allow a single coax with 4-TV channels to connect to our 65-inch Smart TV's "TV" antenna input in our Master Bedroom. This gives us very LARGE pictures to look at of our property, and watch the Raccoons come and go, too, when there's nothing worthwhile to watch on cable TV. I did have one issue that came up with one of the four cameras within the last week. It's front "lens" (or glass) has fogged-up on the inside, for some reason, so I contacted Zosi Customer Service direct since I was beyond Amazon's return time frame. Zosi's handling of the issue has been absolutely fast and fantastic - best customer service I've received from ANY vendor in a long time. Special thanks goes out to "Anran" of Zosi Customer Service for the speedy resolution!! IMHO, these cameras are worth every dollar spent, and Zosi's Customer Support is superb!! What more could you ask for!!

Wow. I have multiple systems several 4 camera systems, 8 camera systems, and 16 camera systems. I have been buying cameras up to see what would fit best for applications. While I thought this would be a better focal cam to a doorway etc it shocked the hell out of me when I moved it to an elevated pole (I use 16’ 4x4 for several areas). When I finally chose to move it to an elevated area for a shot of the yard in front of my man cave I was amazed. This bugger replaced 2 as the cam has a great wide angle shot. As you can see. It covered half the roof of a tool shed (wasted screen we adjusted I know I know) so if you are like me and buying these systems and cameras up as these are becoming outdated (they still work great let folks buy WiFi ya get storms and power goes out these are still recording if you have back up power. WiFi and internet go down guess what kids they will rob you blind food for thought) anyway if you are looking for a cam to cover large area like a yard or driveway this is the one. If your looking for a cam for tight area like inside a garage or a room. There are better options. People are quick to complain when a camera they buy doesn’t suit the needs they want. You have to mix and match to find the rite ones for the rite area. Pliers will work all the time too but having the rite size wrench sure makes a job easier doesn’t it. This cam was so inexpensive I figured why not try it. Worst case I give it to a buddy for his system or keep it in a drawer. Use it as a paperweight if need be. You have probably paid more for a shot in some bars lol. Point is this is an awesome camera quality, picture, etc. I liked it so much I stopped to write this review before ordering 2-3 more. Yes I liked it that much. That I am replacing 2 others that I had already replaced just a week or so ago. Absolutely 5 stars. I’ll keep a back up just in case it doesn’t last, but the construction of the cam is very well made. In fact I dropped it 14 feet off the ladder and it still works perfectly. Well what are you waiting for order it and send a thank you note lol. Good luck
