Better to have some alochol included for assisting the detachment of the batteries. The printed guide ia not exactly the model I bought for, and one of the step is in fact wrong and not necessary. I suggest others to search for the actual YouTube guide for the model you want.Otherwise, all are great, tools included, excellent quality product.Remember to peel off that plastic protective wrapping on the battery. The printed guide didn't mention that and some may leave it there, may obstruct the dissipation of heat and causes future problems.It's also a good time to clear all dust inside, especially the cooling fan.Grab some alochol of your own and it's an easy job. Do take extra extra care in prying out the battery and pay attention not to damage the touch pad flat cable.

The SLODA Laptop Battery Replacement for MacBook Pro was purchased to replace failing battery in my MacBook. Installing the battery was relatively easy by following the comprehensive pictorial instructions, each illustration had a brief written instruction to help (text could be a little bit larger of my 75 year old eyes!!). The SLODA Laptop Battery kit was purchased as it came complete with all the tools needed to complete the installation. Excellent product I can recommend it to all.

The big issue I had was that the package was missing alcohol so it made it impossible to install.

Easy to install. Comes with all the necessary tools. So far so good. Seems to keep the charge pretty well

Installation is fiddly but blame Apple for that and their obsession with adhesive strips. The new battery has gone through 7 cycles now and i have AlDente installed and have re-calibrated the battery - but my laptop has switched off at around 15% a couple of times since, which is worrying. Time will tell if this lasts expected lifespan. But hey, it beats the £500 an Apple authorised repairer wanted to charge me for an Apple battery.

Very good battery and simple steps to follow. Very proud customer. The actual battery is longer lasting and takes longer to reach to 0% than my OEM Apple Macbook battery which is amazing. I hope you have an amazing day!

Fitted my self never done it before very easy so far works well

A suitable battery alternative for a Macbook models included in the description at a cheaper price point.You get all the necessary tools to install the battery yourself. However it isn't entirely easy to do this process as there are stick tapes holding the original battery in place and removing is going to require you to watch a tutorial in advance. You will need patience and time for this as it can be a lengthy process.

Got the first one from seller doesn't work, but seller take care of customer service quickly and send me another one and it works now without problem.

Good instructions included, included required tools, battery adhesive, new battery cable, just needed alcohol (i.e. GF's nail polish remover). Battery clearly marked SLODA and also reported as such in MacOS. Recent manufacturing date. I'm quite happy about this product.
