Don't knw how to get the replacement. This product is bought it in aug 2024 and it stopped working in april

I tried multiple times to connect it with nvr and not showing detection

The item failed on first use. But I am 1 day over my return deadline :-(. Please can the seller look at this case and replace the item

Noise sound is coming from hard drive

Arrived earlier than expected! Bought to replace a Skyhawk drive that went bad - needed a 4tb replacement for cctv - so far seems to be doing the job required. And my cctv is back in action. Not badly priced and good capacity
