Broken and missing !
2 out of the 3 are fab but one has the start missing - should say “Congrats Grad” and only says “grats grad”

One of the toppers is of poor quality unfortunately
2 of the toppers are ok but 1 of them is ugly. When you pay for 3, you want 3 beautiful toppers :(
