The cycle is very sturdy and easy to assemble. I had to get a minor gear adjustment. The ride was smooth. Accessories like side stand andmudguards were supplied with cycle. I must mention the good quality packing. The graphic design also impressed me and it was better than the pictures shown. I'm happy with the purchase. If you are looking for a basic hybrid gear cycle, I would recommend this. Happy riding!

Upgrading from M27.5 Al frame rotary 21 speed spring hard tailTo this M29 steel frame fatter high profile tyres oil suspension, this is my takeaway.For refrence I'm 6'0 heavy built.The good...Comfort... I researched and found that steel frames are actually better for comfort. Practically, I do feel the difference, although the tyres and the oil suspension must add to the comfort. To conclude though, the ride is pretty comfy.Size... It is decently sized. Although keep in mind that the ride triangle 📐 depends on the frame size, so there was no difference for me than the previous cycle. Only the ground clearance and high speed stability increase witht the tyre size. Nonetheless, as advertised, buy only if you are 5'9 or above.Looks... Matt black with red and white livery. Looks decent and sporty at the same time.The bad ...Gears ... Well in short they su**. Especially the front derailleur. I'm not sure whether this sfiftwr is right for these gears. I found the rotary to be more practical for these low quality gear train.Suspension... For this price point the suspension is really nice, and should have been mentioned in pros... But objectively speaking the travel is less and larger bumps will be felt.Weight... It is hefty, for me this is a plus again as I get more from my exercise, but if covering distance is your objective, go for Aluminium frames like the Cradiac alpha.Riding triangle 📐... Felt the stem could have been slightly bigger for my height. Have to lean a little too much, stressing my lower back. Not a deal breaker though. Dunno if all cycles this size are the same.Name... Dunno they were high or something thinking up the brand name 😂. You keep auto correcting to Cradiac... Lol see.Customer service... Called them up regarding an issue, never got any resolution regarding the same. Went to the market and got a replacement myself.To sum it upGreat priced product offering good value. From what I think is a D2C brand reaching out to you via eCommerce channel sales. 💯.If you are 5'9 above and your main goal is exercise, this is the cycle for you.Also note, if you want to off road with this you'll need some mods, shorter stem shorter handlebars etc.Recommended... If this is your first geared bicycle then you can go for it...Has great speeds and handling. The gear shift makes a noticeable click sound initially and needs tuning before first drive..it tends to get smoother over time. I am 5'7" and ride comfortably but I wish the handle bar had options to raise them up as it is already set to max height still i have to bend slightly for proper control. The bend can be slight uncomfortable for intial days but one gets used to it soon.The bicycle feels sturdy and togh..you can go for it. Kindly watch videos in how to position your seats for proper riding position and yes the service is top notch and they are ready to help at any cost.

The media could not be loaded. It's been close to 2months now I am riding this cycle. I have already completed 250km and Trust me this the best cycle. Smooth riding. Very very comfortable and day by day I am enjoying the ride. I bought it for excerise but nowadays I am using for excerise, personal work and for grocery purchases too.I had enquired in offline store, all the cycles cost me close to 19k but I got this for 14k when I purchased.Normally for all mew cycles we get gear tightening problem or something else which is very common in all the bicycles. This is common for first few weeks and it will be fine after that but..... This cycle has an amazing gear set, I have not faced much problem even after 250km of ride. I do not know how to thank Cradiac.The customer support is just amazing too. The help that I am getting is very spontaneous.Thank you cradiac for an awesome cycle.

Personal opinion: If delivered right this is one if not the best bicycle out there under 15k. Priced just right, 29' huge tyres that make you feel higher than most bikes out there, rigid frame, dual disc with great bite, alloy rims, shimano does it's charm, pretty decent travel in front suspension, saddle offers decent comfort for at least 15-20 KMs, overall a really great package for bicycle enthusiasts for a very fair price.Had no delivery related issue. Technicians were well versed and I was able to get it tuned for speed shifting. The call management team were kind and very responsive so you can expect a great customer service.After 50KMs on varying terrains in a week of buying I feel the bicycle offers a great riding experience and is built to perform, the front suspension could have been a lil bit smoother.Thanks to Amazon for this hassle free experience.
