Mini Santoku Knife

First time buying a knife like this. Had bought something of a similar length but narrower blade profile which rusted after leaving it in the washing up for too long whic for a knife costing £20+ isn't on.This was a little over a tenner so quite reasonable. It's heavier than I'm used too but I've got used to that. Works wonders on root veg like carrots and even butternut squash. There's a handy indent you can put your finger on to add extra pressure on your cut which is a nice little touch.Like most new knives it's very sharp so does tomatoes like a hot knife through butter.Doesn't seem to deteriorate if left in the bowl for too long which is nice as I like to leave things to soak for a while.On the whole very pleased. It's my first choice knife now for everything. Very sturdy, very sharp, nice design touches and reasonable price. Lovely jubbly.

Very sharp and feels suitably weighty in the hand. Used as my go to workhorse knife. Excellent value as I think it will last a long time before it would need to be replaced.

Sharp out the box, has a nice look to it and a good amount of weight that helps cut without having to use much force. Worth having a nice small knife especially if cooking often.

Excellent knife, very sharp, it has a good weight, but may be a bit heavy if you have arthritis.

A really good knife. the flat cutting blade is great to use and this size works for chopping/slicing/dicing anything.
