Kids can't put this book down!
Most engaging kids book ever. You will need to pull your kids out of this book they will love it so much. I have curious 8 year old twins who chat to each other about facts from this book all day. They happen to be readers, but I have now gifted this book to several friends, who love that they can consumer snippets and not be overwhelmed by having to read a whole book. Brilliantly researched and beautifully laid out makes this a book, that kids will want to read over and over.

FABULOUS BOOK - A MUST BUY
My daughter cannot put this book down. I literally have to peel her away from it to come to the breakfast table in the morning. Super well written, well layed out. Beautiful images and really interesting, age appropriate stories. I asked my daughter what it's about and she said she can't tell me - it's classified! But I've found myself reading it when she goes to bed - the stories are fascinating for adults alike. I've now bought it for two other friends' bday gifts and plan to make this my go-to birthday gift for the year ahead. Love love love!

FANTASTIC & FASCINATING!
My 6 & 8 year old non-fiction loving kids are obsessed with this book! Its essentially an incredible kid-focused encyclopedia covering a plethora of interesting and historical information in a fun and creative way - from Egyptian hieroglyphics to WWII to gaming nomenclature - all with a clever and educational slant. My kids love sharing what they learn (especially as they now know more than M&D). I have been stealing it after they go to bed!

Inviting layout and full of interesting information!
My son loves this book! He loves all the fun facts and it’s a great layout that draws you in. Each page has bright graphics and lots of pictures. The chapters are arranged by different topics like Secret Agencies or Secret Places then there are two page spreads on various topics like Sneak Attacks of Extra Room. It’s the kind of book that will have you turning the pages and reading cover to cover but it’s also easy to turn to the topics that grab your interest. There is also an index so you can look up various topics. It was fun listening to my son tell me about this book if ask me questions. Some things I knew like D.B. Cooper but he told me about a mysterious woman from the scene of JFK’s assassination that I had never heard of before. It has great historical information on spies, American agencies like NASA and historical figures like the man in the iron mask. It has mostly an overview of topics so it might have curious readers interested in looking up more about various topics. Highly recommended for curious kids!

So amazing and completely random
Oh my word, this book will be fueling my little conspiracy theorist children for years to come!! I opened it up and the first thing I saw was a huge spread about Area 51. Each page is just as exciting and fun. The paragraphs are small and easily keep mine and my 7 yr old's attention. The photos and art are captivating, fantastic quality, and entertaining. You learn about the Bermuda Triangle, the Enigma Machine, interesting people, and lost treasures. It's so random and rad. This is one of those books to have for random entertainment for any age.
