Please buy this only if you do not have any eye issues
I bought this laptop 7 months ago for 78K and from day one I have been facing eye strain and head aches. I continuously use laptop for 9.5 hours and this felt really annoying. I even pasted an anti-glare screen guard (for 2K), but again it didn't give me the expected results. Finally I convinced myself to sell this for 39K. If you have eye issues, please go for HP or Lenovo laptops that have anti-glare screens. Right now I am using a Lenovo (office) laptop that isn't giving me any eye irritations or head-aches. Apart from display issues, touch screen or writing with stylus was very much precise. Graphics was good. System was ultra fast. (But I wasn't able to utilize all this without straining my eyes :( )

Laptop of dell company is simply superb but no warranty card is given by the seller 😑
This Dell laptop 5410 i5 2 in 1 is good build quality is good, touch is very nice no complaints but we cannot trust the shop which it has come they have not sent any warranty from there side

Incorrect configuration
I got 8GB RAM. And as per description it is expected to have 16GB RAM.

Good buy
Sleek design. Build quality is very good. Specs are good for the price is 75k.Been using since 2 weeks and battery backup is good so far.Only downside is camera. Camera is very basic and lacks clarity.

Touch Screen Blank
Bought for inhouse use during COVID restrictions and as soon as the warranty got over, in next 10days the screen not turning ON.No physical damage or mishandling since it was at house but after checking it online diagnosis it was showing cable issue so connected HDMI where it was showing on another monitor then checked locally for the wire but wires found good.A week before we had an online upgrade and then later use Surprised to see a blank screen. Now the cost of replacement of only new touch screen is around Rs.15000. Local technicians say screens are not repairable.I had used DELL before & found it sturdy then but this one has shattered my belief on the type of hardware or software triggered failures by DELL, not sure.

Amazon sold manufacturing deflective new dell Inspiron 14 5410 2-in-1 i5
when I got the new laptop...open the led and I just simply press the power bottom for booting up system but I shocked it couldn't.. tried many times.
