Defective pieces supplied
The first time this was delivered, it had a hole and could not be inflated so I asked for an exchange. The second one had a missing pin which would allow for deflation, hence returning. Also, the colour of product was different (blue rather than purple) but this information is not shared with the return pick up guys so they are refusing to take it. A poor quality product with a poor experience overall.

poor quality pump
A pump for pumping air in the wobble board was very flimsy !! it broke while pumping air, actually all the parts fell apart. So finally I had to take it to the car tyre pumping station to fill air in the wobble board. The board itself is very hard and not soft like the one I used while doing physiotherapy in a hospital.
