Pros: - Product is good as compared to other cheaper alternatives. - Eggs keep steady, dont break and dont make a mess even if they are not pricked. - Poaching is also great. Cons: - After using for sometime, the steam starts leaking from the sides, although it doesnt impact the quality of boil. - The boiling plate gets calcified but I suppose that would happen to all boilers over time.

Only reason I'am giving them 5 star is for their after sales service, for whatever reason the product stopped working i contacted the customer care and immediately they refunded my money. Never had such an awesome service from any seller on Amazon. I have other products from life long they are doing good. The product was excellent as long as it worked boil time was fast, auto shut off, no water leakage, wire length is short and material quality was good. I could make poach egg without sticking i even made Rava idlies in quick time it was value for money.. I just noticed the product is back and may buy it again.

Product worked hardly for a day. Waste of money. Tried to resolve this issue with Amazon, but Amazon is redirecting me to contact manufacturer directly. I don't know what is the responsibility of Amazon?, Just Sell and Fed Away? In the owner's manual there is no contact number, only email is available. So pathetic situation to buy a product from Amazon and getting after sales support is an herculean task.

This egg boiler can not only boil eggs but also steam a small quantity of veggies in one go. Very simple to use and maintain. Surprisingly the boiled eggs are easier to peel as compared to water boiled eggs. I steamed some peas, beans and corns. Came out very well. If you plan to steam veggies either use the given container or a good, microwave safe plastic container only. Worth it if you are an egg eater.

Machine is good. But plastic egg holder and cover broke after a few months, making the boiler useless. Talked to customer care, they don't have spares.

Easy to use egg boiler.Put the eggs, water switch on and forget. Also you can make poarched eggs in square shapes and they come out decent. You also steam chicken breasts but I haven't tried .But I feel better to use it only for eggs.I use it daily and find it useful and easy to clean. Price I feel is a bit on the higher side but the quality is better than others you get in lower price

The product does exactly what it says. Boiling eggs or poaching eggs using the given accessory is pretty easy. The ability to boil 8 eggs at a time is also very very handy especially when having boiled eggs for breakfast. You can pretty much put the eggs in the boiler and turn it on and then move away to your other chores. Come back to after a couple of minutes and you will find your eggs ready. Normally if there are no fine cracks on the eggs, it doesn't breaks. One thing though, the accompanied manual says to make a small hole at the top of the egg to prevent it from breaking open while boiling but on my usage, it makes for a mess. So better not do that. Also, clean the boiler immediately or else it can develop a brown layer. Also never put less water while boiling which may burn the eggshell from the bottom causing a burnt smell and taste in the egg. Overall this is a good egg boiler and highly recommended.

Very unsatisfactory product For starters, the 'Lifelong' egg boiler worked once. The second time, the power light came on but the heating plate did not get hot. The measuring cup markings are impossible to read. You need to check the manual every time for how much water to use. The plastic needle on the bottom of the measuring cup is a joke. After breaking two eggs trying to pierce them once with the short, blunt 'needle' I gave up. Such a disappointment.

Stopped working after hardly 5 days of use. can't even return it now. Poor quality stuff.
