Easy to put in (though remember to keep screw holes exposed!) and plenty strong. I only placed where stud was a known but screwed up and only got 2 of the screws in each side out of three predrilled in holder. Weigh 300# and supports me well, though I placed this for my bride - felt the need to show her how very stable this is and she was convinced.

It was long enough in sturdy

Finally installed and they work great for my elderly Dad who is having increased difficulty getting around. They are firmly installed, not flimsy at all. The non-slip grip gives him more confidence taking a shower on his own. I would definitely buy these again.
