Not very comfortable for your hand as the cushioning is hard but that is expected. Makes oiling the hairs fun.Looks like it's made of cheap plastic all across there is no metal but the motor works fine even after many days.

Good vibrations. Works as described. One steel band has broken in less that two months so item is unusable. Very uncomfortable on the hand. Sent a message to the supplier via Amazon asking how to buy a replacement hand securing band but no reply for over a month . Have reduced one star as the customer service is very poor. Waiting for a reply
