Not much more to say than it was a simple install, fit perfectly, and came in at a great price. It feels well made and looks much better than ours which was falling apart.

The base was very easy to install, fit like a glove.

I bought the amtena base for my 2011 FJ Cruiser. Removing the old base was more difficult, required needle nose pliers than installing the new one which was very easy.

fits perfect - easy to install. Replaced the old, cracked unit in two minutes. looks just like new.

Perfect Fit, 2007 FJ

My car is old, it is still functional, it is paid off. What I cannot understand is why we keep going to dealerships for things when it is faster, easier, and less expensive when we do it ourselves. My antenna base was old, dry, cracked. So I went searching on Amazon. Found it, ordered it. It was a good price. It came quickly and super easy to install. I just removed antenna, popped out base, pushed new one in reinstalled the antenna and there you go. All done, easy, no stress, and you save money. That is a win win.
