I have watched a video, on how these are made, and the delicate, meticulous work is astonishing to me! The detail is incredible, the multiple intricate steps that go into each item, and the care they take, in packaging the item, is as though they are wrapping a special present for every customer. These trinket boxes are some of the few things, that when I buy one, I go back and buy more, because I know my kids are going to want them one day. I have three of the one pictured here, two of the smaller ones, two large ones, and two medium sized ones, with Peonies, Butterflies and Cranes. All are superb!

A very beautiful and opulent mother - of - pearl inlaid jewelry box. Exquisitely made and elegantly packaged. On the small side though. Price is reasonable. Would make a wonderful gift ! Highly recommended.
