Garmin Extension Cable, 12-pin

Works as an extension for the shorter transducer cables for rge extra $$$. Too bad the cheap jackasses at Garmin could not keep the 25' length on the newer transducer units. My old transducer did not require an extension since it was 25'.

needed this to extend to my transducer on my new boat. With it came with some type of protective caps though so when not in use it is watertight

This product works great but only give it a three, because garmin should make their cables long enough to work on 18 ft boat or make three ft cables, just dont like having wires to long when i have to pay for them, mine was a foot to short.

Product works fine. Price is high when the transducer cable should already be long enough, but it is not.My biggest complaint is how much money Garmin makes off of all their network wiring cables. Every cable that comes supplied with any fishing graph seems to be at least 2 foot short, hence why we must purchase extensions.

Why does Garmin make the cables so short. My transducer is not that far away, but I needed this extension cable. I have no issue with the cable but come on Garmin.
