Nice charger
I hooked this up in no time, it's hitting 9.6kv, nice that it came with a tester so I have a backup since I have a digital tester. I just wanted to separate my cows from my bull and I have no doubt that this will do the trick.

Power switch location
Indicator light flashing. No power through red terminal with unit grounded. No power across terminals (red/green) with connected to 120 outlet. Cord from outlet to energizer box shows current present. Does unit have an on/off switch? Transition between battery/ac switch?

Does not work
My charger came very late. Then when hooked up does not work. Light blinks yet does not shock as it is supposed to. My dog walked up and touched his nose to it. He did not even get a light shock.
