Sony RMF-TX200U Android TV Voice Remote Control

My original remote's buttons were starting to stick so I looked around and found this remote as a replacement. I figured it looked the same so it would be the same. This remote is identical in its layout and functions, only the buttons are different in the way they function. My original remote had rubber button and this remove the buttons are hard plastic so it's almost the same with a slightly different feel. I'm very pleased with the remote as it works perfectly. Worth the price too!

I bought this remote to replace the one that came with my Sony TV. Both remotes are identical in model number.Out of the box the remote works immediately. The only thing I needed to do was to pair the remote with the Sony XBR 75X900E for the voice control to work. Pairing was simple and easy. Follow instructions found on the Sony web site not on youtube.The only weird thing for a new product is that it came in a plastic bag, not a box or even plastic packaging. Even a cheap universal remote control is sold in a box.

Bought this to replace our beat up original remote. Sony OEM, same model number, voice/Bluetooth paired perfectly just follow the instructions included or in the remote settings of your TV. This remote is actually a little nicer than the one that shipped with our TV as the rear panel is brushed black metal where our original was just plastic.

Sony remote RMF-TX200U works great no programming need for regular remote functions. Voice button works once you pair it with your TV, very simple and easy to do.Note: On my TV only one remote can be pair to the TV for the voice recognition at a time. All other buttons will work on the 2nd remote just not the voice recognition on the 2nd remote. I am very happy to have a his and her remotes.

All in all, it's a very good remote. I like the buttons on this remote more than the standard version. There a little less raised by easier to run your thumb across. I have to get used to the new layout, with the home button being to the bottom right. Also, I wish there Mike button were little more near the OK button where your thumb rests. Also I am pretty dismayed that there is no YouTube button like there was on the standard remote. Instead there's Google play which I don't ever use. But I use YouTube a lot And a button to go straight there was great. And though I could just use voice commands to open YouTube, the you too but in was more near where your thumb rests. And a little more convenient. I also wish I knew where I'm supposed to be speaking into.

I got this to replace an old one that our dog broke and it works great! One thing I didn't notice is that the microphone here appears to be off or non-functiona, no big deal. I don't use that feature that much anyway. I like it!

Remote is the perfect replacement for original remote. At first voice control didn't work but company reached out to me and explained the pairing process. Here it is just in case anyone needs it.This is required for the voice feature to work. Here is how to pair the remote:1. Press the Home button on the remote2. Select Settings3. Select Voice Remote Control in the Network & Accessories category4. Select Activate the (microphone) button5. Follow the onscreen instruction

Works as expected. It adapted perfect for my Sony TV.

It’s the best for the price on amazon but the voice command button didn’t work from the first day! I kept it as I wanted a remote badly!!
