The Simulated Multiverse: An MIT Computer Scientist Explores Parallel Universes, the Simulation Hypothesis, Quantum Computing and the Mandela Effect

Clearly an excellent follow-up but harder to grasp than book 1
As an intelligent layperson with no science background, I was able to follow and engage with all the contents of book one and thoroughly enjoyed it. Most of the science/tech discussed there was stuff most of us are at least somewhat familiar with. Book 2 takes things to a whole new level and I think will be better appreciated by people who are more science-minded. While the "broader stroke" concepts like parallel worlds, multidimensions, etc, are things we get, Virk drills down deep into rather obscure branches of science, that while clearly pertinent to the overall thesis, I found tricky to "get" as I had no prior knowledge of them at all. Because of this, I found book 2 far more complex . Nevertheless, it's clear Virk has put together another brilliant evidence set adding further weight to an already brimming pot indicating that we are, indeed, inside of a Simulation.

Science CAN be a page turner
And this is, a totally engrossing read. Bought this one and am going to have to get the first one too based on how good this one is.

Brilliant concept, brilliantly written!
I have really enjoyed reading this and the previous book “The Simulation Hypothesis”. Such a captivating subject written in a way that anyone can understand and an idea you can really get behind, from so many different perspectives. Have loved every page!
