A great deal for great headphones
I bought these as a replacement for my HyperX Cloud Flight that was slowly dying. The Arctis Prime headset offers good sound quality and great comfort, but the microphone isn't very loud. Not a big issue, considering how easy it is to boost it. It is somewhat small, so if you have a bigger than average head, it might be tight on you. The ear cups have great noise isolation, although they're slightly forceful. The mute button is much better than my last headphones, since they only made a beep to indicate a toggle, and I could never tell if that meant it was muted or not. This mute button noticeably sticks out when it's muted. The retractable mic is convenient, even though it's quite quiet. The volume control is easy to use and finely adjustable. You get 2 sound inputs, a standard audio jack and a Steelseries proprietary jack. For only $40 (it was a Prime deal), it's great value.

Fantastic fps headset
I got this headset a little over a year ago when my old turtle beach headset broke and I wanted to try something new. This is the best sub 150$ headset I've ever seen and you can get it for $50 on sale at the right time. The fit is ok, feels not weightless but certainly not heavy, adjustability is great, and sound quality is spectacular especially for fps games where you can locate a gunshot or footsteps with ease in games such as call of duty. I did have to replace the earcups after 8 months of heavy wear and tear, but replacing the earcups was no big deal.

Comfortable and great headset so far.
Still testing it out but great sound and feels great. The mic could be better but it's not at all horrible for xbox. Great ease of use and light weight.

Good price for a good set
Wanted to grab a pair of headphones that wouldn’t break the bank, offers good sounds quality and fit comfortably for hours of gaming and these didn’t disappoint. They have a sleek look to them that definitely works for me. My previous set was a Logitech wireless set that weighed down my head and gave me neck pains. The sound quality was much better on those than this but these still surprised me.They are loud with a good amount of base and balance. The ear pieces are soft and don’t get sweaty. The strap is easy to adjust and like that the mic isn’t out unless you want it out. Adding the fact the ears lay flat is a plus!Definitely would recommend for someone that is just looking to enjoy a good set, not spend a whole lot and wants something that looks sleek and simple.

Perfect for gaming
I have been playing Destiny 2 and sometimes communication is a must, so I was shopping around for a gaming headset and a friend recommended these to me. They are amazing. I am in love with the sound quality and the mic works perfectly. I love that I can retract it if necessary. There is definitely some sound leakage if I have the volume up high enough, but it's not really an issue for me. I can't hear anything outside of the headphones when I have these on.

Fantastic sound, comfortable fit, but Steelseries GG is *required* software, not optional
There's a lot to like about these - they look nice, they're sleek and well made, quite comfortable and have great sound... IF you download and install Steelseries GG and then turn on Sonar every time you want to switch from speakers to your headset, which for me is frustrating beyond belief.I tried using these without installing and running the software and the sound quality is mediocre at best, with limited audio range, and people found it very difficult to hear me and I was often just not audible to them. I tested the headset on my son's PC as well to confirm it was not a PC issue, and it wasn't. It's just that every review saying Steelseries GG is required is true; once I installed GG and ran Sonar, the difference was night and day.If that's not a dealbreaker for you, then these are great speakers for the price. If, like me, you often switch between speakers and headset, sometimes several times per hour, these things will likely drive you crazy.

Great headphones!
These fit very comfortably over my ears, and the swivel mounting for the speaker assembly allows them to conform to an angle that ensures a good seal around the ears, dramatically cutting down background noise. The sound quality is very good, comparable to Sennheisers better/best offerings. The built in mic is less than stellar, however, and I would not recommend getting these just for the mic (being used to poor quality from headphone mic's, I already have a separate usb mic) but if you want to hear someone sneaking around the corner in-game, these will definitely do the job.
