I use this as an adult. I am a dry skinned gal from Texas and moved to Colorado so my skin gets EXTRA dry here… I’ve tried so many lotions and oils and didn’t love any of them. I ended up getting this random rash (pityriasis rosea) and it’s a full body rash that’s non curable so you just gotta ride the rash out for 90 days. I came across this lotion during that time and it’s been amazing for my skin. It helped me not itch so much and when my rash finally cleared I couldn’t stop using it. I use it on my whole body and never have dry skin anymore it is the best. (I also use aveeno baby colloidal oatmeal wash on my body). Very gentle but cleansing.

Aveeno Baby Eczema Therapy Moisturizing cream has been really effective for my little one’s dry, sensitive skin. It’s gentle, fragrance-free, and helps soothe irritation without causing a reaction. I’ve noticed smoother, less itchy skin after regular use. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it can feel a bit thick and takes a moment to absorb. Overall, a great option for baby eczema care.
