I was very skeptical when purchasing this, even after reading the excellent reviews.Well to say I was amazed is an understatement! I have a bulging disc in my neck, which occasionally becomes trapped. Usually takes between 3)6 months to get rid of with physio. I can honestly say after my first session on this I actually felt a difference. After 5 days I was cured, the nerve went back and I've not had a problem since.If like me you are skeptical just give it a go you will definitely be amazed!

I have been using this product now for just 10 days,I have suffered from spondylitis now for about 25 years,I had a disc removed in 1994 lumber region so have bad posture?I found the product a bit hard on the back of my neck at first and could feel a slight discomfort in my lower spine I was also getting headaches at the right hand side back of my head which I think is coming from stretching my neck.Not all negative,I think the product is trying to realign my spine at the neck base and I am finding it more comfortable to use each time so will persist.I have cut down the time to 5 minutes on both sides of the product until I am feeling more comfortable.

There was nothing to dislike I felt the item excellent and my neck and shoulders so improved within approx one. week. I will carry on using this neck stretcher as I'm a new woman. All is brilliant. I had my reservations when I first saw it and tried it but it was so relaxing. My neck and shoulders are getting better after each time I use it. Everyday three or so time s a day. I forget how often as can't remember due to me not the stretcher. But it works well. A great purchase. I'm so happy.

I tend to find myself slouching and often get headaches caused by neck tension so I bought this to stretch my neck and it's worked well so far. I've only used it twice over the past week and haven't had a headache yet. I was sceptical as I thought, what can this do that I cant do myself, but it seems to stretch in a way I can't. Glad I bought it.

It is a great tool to relax your neck , and nape.Very nice experience!There are 3 different ways you can use it. One is to put it on the lumbar zone while you're sitting to work the other 2 are for the neck. There are very easy instructions inside the package too. I recommend you to read them proor using the product. There is some traction for sure, when you use it, but in my case having many issues couldn't change much the situation. I have noticed that after 5 minutes I felt dizzy so do not use it longer maybe. I have only used a few times, so I can't tell if it works for the stretching as advertised. I believe this is good for relaxing, releasing the tension and taking a break from work leaving the killer desk chair lol! To be honest I think it is a bit overpriced, that's why I did not give 5 stars.

Rock hard badly described TMJ et al pain relief aid. Uncomfortable even once you work out how to use the thing. If you want a crick in your neck as well as TMJ be my guest. I'd have sent you mine but I binned it - couldn't be bothered to send it back or inflict it on some hapless charity.

I suffer spinal pain including the neck. I thought I would give it a try as the reviews were good. I wasn’t disappointed, this product actually works and is wonderful for relieving tension and pain. It’s a bit uncomfortable at first but your neck muscles do soften when tight and you get such a relief. I recommend using it for about 20 mins and often fall asleep because it’s so nice. Highly recommend this what have you got to loose except pain or discomfort.
