I have been searching everywhere for a decent deshedding brush for my cat and I think I have finally found "the one"! For a while now, every time I go to the pet store, I would stare at the fancy, almost-fifty-dollar, de-shedding cat combs and think "maybe it's worth it". Well, I may never know if they are worth it or not because I decided to try this one and it has exceeded my expectations - at a fraction of the price too!The brush itself seems very well constructed and heavy duty, not at all cheap feeling. I love the hair release feature, very convenient. It is very effective when combing. It picks up more hair in one swipe than my other combs/brushes did in several passes! I'm feeling really confident that this "shedding season" we'll have at lot less hair laying around and a lot less vacuuming! I do wish the blade wasn't so long, for using on cats at least, but it's completely manageable. The size is acceptable to be universal between cats, dogs, and horses. It comes with a training clicker and training ebooks.Bottom line? Definitely recommend!

Fantastic! This really does what it claims it will. I can't believe how much hair is brushed off each time I use it on my cat! We got it about one week ago and have used it 3X. I honestly had no idea just how much hair she could shed and am so glad we can nip most of that in the bud now. The push release to remove the hair combed through is really a help. A truly great product.

This brush is amazingly easy to use and SO very effective. My chihuahua had hated the dog brush I had for her but this one she actually seems to like. It is so easy to use, removes that undercoat without any pressure, you needn’t press down to get it to pick up hair and the release button releases the hair in one push so it is easy to use one handily. Game changer in grooming!

I use this on both my long hair and short hair cats. They absolutely love it and it really gets the job done. I have handfuls of hair after brushing them. I am going to get one of these for every area of the house I sit in and use it whenever a cat gets near me. I'm so happy with this product.

This brush gets more fur out of our fluffiest cat than I have ever been able to get from any other. She also loves being brushed with it--she never liked being brushed before. Win/Win!

I bought this for my short hair cat. A few minutes and a pretty large handful of hair. She loves it. Her coat is so soft now. And you push a button, teeth retract and there's the glob of hair. Comes with a cover that pops off when you push the button.

It works very well, it removes the lose hair then gets rid of it with the press of the green button. The comb teeth are short and do not touch the dog's skin

I am beyond excited about this dog brush ... I FILLED a bag of fur in about 30 minutes from my Golden Retriever ... I love this product -

This comb is pretty good but doesn't hold much before you have to eject the fir. If you have a pet with thick hair I don't think it would be worth it. You would have to eject the hair on every stroke. I can only get two strokes out of my cats fir before cleaning it. He has shorter hair.

Love this. Works quickly and easily. My very sensitive cat relaxed into the "petting" aspect as I was able to 'dethatch' his very thick fur.

I have a very hairy kitty that sheds like one would not believe. The first day I used this brush on her, I got a pile of fur bigger than her. I have already recommended this brush to several people as I love this brush! Was worth the $15!

The brush is as described and works well at removing undercoat, but it pulls and my cat hates it. Also it is pretty wide for a cat. Would be better for a dog.
