Perfect budget Handbrake
bolted right onto my Next Level Racing stand, works like a charm with some adjusting (came out of the box with huge deadzone) squeaks occasionally for those nighttime racers. Doesnt activate as an on/off switch, but rather as an axis, giving u alot more control when driving. for the money, u get what u get, a handbrake that does exactly what it’s supposed to do.

WORKS WITH HORIZON 5 ON PC
Sturdy, and windows 10 automatically picked it up and installed the driver. No sketchy software required, just plug and play and assign it in your game. It will automatically pick up as a slider and calibrate/set the bounds for you. Highly recommend.

Product Review: Handbrake for Drifting
The handbrake has proven to be an excellent tool for drifting, providing control over my lines. The description claims it is a "plug-and-play" solution, and I can confirm that this is accurate. However, I did encounter some challenges during installation. Specifically, I spent roughly 20-30 minutes attempting to mount the two screws at the back of the handbrake, but I was unable to get them properly secured. Despite this, the alignment was problematic, so I decided to proceed with only two screws on my sim rig instead. As a result, the handbrake does tend to move up slightly due to the incomplete mounting. Nonetheless, it functions as intended and delivers a satisfactory performance.Given these considerations, I would rate the product 4 out of 5 stars. This could've been a 5/5 product if only the USB cable was a little longer, along with the screws being easier to place in the back.

Absolute garbage
This for $100?!?!? The quality of it is more like $30. It has a connection problem where it either won’t read at all or it stays active so your ebrake is always on. I recalibrated it and everything and nothing changed. I assumed that’s maybe just how these are since there’s not any software really for it. So I return this one and buy a new one for $75 and that one works like a charm. Not a single issue right out the box. The quality is insanely better too. I didn’t have to pre tap my screw holes like you have to on this one. They can’t even drill out smooth holes for their bolts for you! For $100?! I like the style of this one cause it’s more realistic for a rally car but man was it garbage. I would have to unplug and replug every 3 minutes just to use it then it would start doing its own thing. Definitely not worth the $100. Way better ones out there. I’ve posted a review on this one maybe 4 times with a video and everything but Amazon is not liking it and I no longer have the video since I returned the product. Trust me buy a different one

Heavy and smooth
Love this thing, its massive, heavy, metal, smooth and is just awesome to crank on when sim racing Rallie cars. Must have if you're looking to up your iracing on dirt road!

Kinda Works
Works for Assetto Corsa, but does not work with Dirt2.0 as advertised. It’s tricky to get to work, but pretty much you have to open usb controls pull the handbrake, unplug the usb, and plug it back in….everytime you want to use it. Quite annoying and I’m looking at more expensive options now.

Will get the job done, but don't adjust it
Works as described and will get the job done, but is on the louder stops due to all the hard stops being metal and having essentially no dampening. Plugs in and is recognized by AC and iRacing with no fuss. Two year update, adjusted the spring pre-load, and the thin plastic/carbon looking retention plate cracked in half after a few pulls. If you're comfortable fabbing a replacement, I'd say this is probably worth it due to how cheap it is, but if you're not comfortable with that, look elsewhere for a more durable product.

I tried 3 very similar versions of this same basic ebrake. This was clear winner.
I have a Fanatec v1.5 handbrake that needed to EMA, so in the meantime I purchased 3extremely similar models off Amazon to try. This one, although the most expensive, was the clear value winner, has the best springs and internals, but was still too weak a pull than I prefer.Ended up keeping my Fanatec handbrake as it’s a vast improvement over all of these, but I’d have 0 trouble recommending it to those on a budget that use one, but not on a regular basis. If you’re racing Rallycross or Drift, you’d be much better off with Fanatec or something nicer.
