Came with scratches
The condition is pretty good, but it came with a tear and a scratch which made me doubt that it may have been used before/ refunded before

Not a UK plug!
The power supply is a nice size, and seems quiet enough. This is only a short term use review, but all would appear to be good. The lack of a UK plug wasn't a problem as I just used the lead from my previous psu, but not mentioning the plug type in the info deducted a star.

Not working
I've been building PCs for years now, I've never had a PSU not work out of the box. I installed the PSU in a working PC by swapping the old PSU for this one. The PC literally didn't start. I put the old PSU back in and it worked. The only defect part is this product. I want my money back or a working one. I'm really disappointed.
