Awesome mints. Refreshing but not overpowering.

I am not a mint/chewing gum person. But while on a road trip to Yosemite, my husband and I stopped at a popular bakery and while waiting for the cashier picked up a box of these mints on a whim. I really meant to give it to my son who is a big mint fan. But during the journey I ended up opening the box. I loved these mints, my husband like them too. These are not grocery store type strong minty flavor mints. The flavor is milder and texture is softer. I still don't eat mints a whole lot, but I liked them enough to order this bog box. These will last me a while.

I am not a fan of mints of any kind, but one day my mouth was really dry and a friend of mine said here try these mints, so i put one in my mouth and was like HOLY smokes what am I eating? Needless to say I buy a box of 12 and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THESE MINTS!!! They are the right size and not overpowering like all other mints. Thank you!

I had some Wilhelmina Peppermints in Amsterdam, loved them, brought a pocketful home and began looking for them online right away. Found these on Amazon, with lots of great reviews, but when they arrived they were not quite the same as the peppermints I had in Amsterdam (even though as far as can tell these are THE Wilhelmina Peppermints from Holland). These seem larger than the first ones I tasted, and are certainly harder. I put a box in everybody's stocking for Christmas and they were a hit, but I will probably not be going back for seconds. They're good, but not what I wanted, expected, or experienced in Amsterdam. The taste is fine, though, so my rating of four stars instead of five is based solely on my personal preference.
