I was very pleased with this purchase. This is a quality product. The tongs are strong and nice and long. The trivet mat is flexible and can also be used as a non-slip heat resistant pot holder. Would recommend for anyone to be used for cooking in non-stick cookware or even for getting fermented vegetables out of the bottom of a 1/2 gal. jar.

The tongs are terrific. I only need the tongs so the trivet is an added bonus which at the time I didn't think I would use much, I use it everyday more than the tongs. In my opinion the items are a good value for the money and are of high quality in addition the color makes them easy to locate in the drawer. I recommend this product.

these are great for using when you want to avoid scratching surfaces. My husband got a T-Fal  T-fal FZ7002 ActiFry Low-Fat Healthy Dishwasher Safe Multi-Cooker, 2.2-Pound, Black  (cant say enough good things about that) and was very concerned about scratching it up when removing wings and other items we cook in there. I did a lot of research trying to find silicone tongs that were long enough to use and strong enough to pick items up. These are nice and long, easy to grip and are very sturdy (dot bend with the weight of picking up an item). I put them in the top rack of the dishwasher and they still look new. Great that there are two sets and an additional silicone mat.

Comes in really handy with non-stick cookware.

Purchased at a discount for an honest review: My daughter-in-law loves the color orange and accents her kitchen with it so I jumped at the opportunity to purchase this serving set. It comes with a silicone mat and two serving tongs. She loves it! Being heat resistant the tongs can be used for stirring veggies in the skillet but as a Turner it will not do well with heavier meats. Works great tossing salads and serving it. The matching mat is a great trivet but can be used as a pot holder or even a gripper to help unscrew those hard to open jars. A quick hand washing or toss in the dishwasher and you're good to go. A great housewarming gift or addition to your camping box, great to take on picnics. She loved it, and I'm going to have to get one for me!

Overall, I love the color of these, it's my favorite. I do like that I was able to use these tongs to stir my food (since I knew it wouldn't scratch my pan), but then also use them as tongs. They don't have the surface area that some tongs have, but I didn't have any issue picking up my food.The trivet also did great to get a pan out of the oven as well as protect my counter after it was out of the oven. Overall, great product.I did receive this discounted product in exchange for an unbiased review.
