If you have a optimax you need this tool, otherwise you will destroy the filter, still with this won't be a breeze, you must be careful to unscrew the old filter

The right tool for the job, only issue is if you're an impatient person like me and dont get it fully engaged on the ratchet, it slips off easily. Other than that, much better than trying to do it with a screwdriver!
