I really like this case. it is tough, good snug fit , clips tightly to the belt clip and does not interfere with the glass screen protector. I work outside and go to lots of farms and have not had a problem with dirt collecting between the case and the phone as I've had with other more expensive cases. Although I don't use the kick stand much it works well but I can see where it could break if not handled with care.

I don't usually expect the kickstands to last on these things but I do expect more than two days of use. The belt clip design needs improvement- it tends to lock open allowing it to fall off my belt. The holster itself needs to be beefier- way to flexible to inspire confidence. Simply- there are much better options at only a slightly higher price point. Also the cutout for the finger print reader needs more of a bevel to be used comfortably. Basically a cheap price gets you a cheap case. Very disappointed.

Bought this and when it showed up it looked good fit phone good was impressed,....then i go on vacation and started to use the kick stand and it did not last long the plastic that holds the kick stand in broke so the kick stand fell off the case the plastic that brike was on the case not the stand part were you would thi k it would break. So I would not say it is durable.

I purchased this case for my Note 9 with no regrets. The case is sturdy, and comes with a rugged holster. I like this one over the Otter Box, the Otter Box blocks the the mic hole, this one doesn't.

The way it clips to your belt allows it to sometimes not hook over the belt. That allows it to fall off your belt when entering or exiting a car. Also the snap that holds the phone to the belt clip doesn't always snap over the phone and again the phone will fall off.
